Rates

Rates are subject to change due to weight of individual, length of stay time, duration of appointments and in particular mileage of destination site.
Ambulatory
- $40.00 load fee per passenger per leg
- $2.50 per mile per passenger
- $5.00 will be billed after the first hour, including every 30 minutes afterwards
Wheelchair
- $50.00 load fee per passenger per leg
- $3.00 per mile per passenger
- $5.00 will be billed after the first hour, including every 30 minutes afterwards

Load fee will be billed for cancellation

AFTER HOURS AND HOLIDAY RATES

Ambulatory
Based rate $250 first 25 miles and $3.00 per mile afterwards
 
Wheelchair
Base rate $300.00 first 25 miles and $3.75 per mile afterwards
 
210lbs or more … an additional $50.00
300lbs or more …. an additional $100.00

NOTE: Hours outside of 8am & 5 pm Monday through Friday.
